Dr. Ophira Ginsburg is Director of the High-Risk Cancer Program at NYU Perlmutter Cancer Center.

Dr. Ginsburg’s clinical practice is focused on cancer that is inherited. She leads a team of genetic counselors who provide patients with guidance and strategies for reducing their cancer risk. Her patients include women who have tested positive for a mutation in a BRCA or other high-risk genes which puts them at a higher risk for developing breast cancer and ovarian cancer.
